The actress was featured in two episodes of Showtime's Weeds which starred Mary Louise Parker. She has been known for being Judy Kramer on Fox's 2005 Point Pleasant series and Marcy in Dawson's Creek. She played Marina Cooper for three years in Guiding Light as well as in Guiding Light, a character which won her a Soap Opera Digest Award nomination for Best Newcomer. From 2007 through 2008 Dollar was a character on Cindy Thomas on the ABC TV series Women's Murder Club. Dollar starred as Happy Valley, a pilot for NBC in 2012. The show was never picked up.
